Your organization completes a short referral form online.
A unique referral code is emailed to your organization.
Give the referral card and code to your employee.
The employee presents the referral card when leasing at Eagle Suites.

Employees referred through a participating Good Neighbor Partner receive:
$100 OFF their first month’s rent
at participating Eagle Suites locations.
Does our organization have to sign a contract?
No.
There are no contracts, membership fees, or participation costs. You simply refer employees whenever housing assistance is needed.
How do we refer an employee?
It’s easy!
Step 1: Visit www.eaglesuites.com/goodneighbor
Step 2: Complete the short referral form.
Step 3: Receive your unique referral code by email.
Step 4: Write the code on the Good Neighbor Referral Card and give it to your employee.
Step 5: The employee presents the card when leasing to receive their $100 discount.
Can we refer more than one employee?
Absolutely.
There is no limit to the number of referrals your organization can make.
